SUPREME COLLAGEN+ helps relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis and maintain healthy joints and cartilage.

The manufacturer's formula combines PROTEOCOLL hydrolyzed collagen peptides with an ECM matrix carbohydrate complex. These ingredients work together to support the collagen matrix and joint tissues.

The formula is designed to help reduce deterioration, relieve pain and support the long-term repair of damaged joint tissues.

• Helps relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis
• Supports formation of the collagen matrix in body tissues
• Helps repair and regenerate worn or damaged joint tissues
• Helps prevent premature joint deterioration
• Supports healthy bones, cartilage, ligaments and tendons

Hydrolyzed collagen (bovine skin): 5,000 mg, enriched with 500 mg of lysine

Hydrolysis breaks collagen down into smaller peptides. The manufacturer's description explains that these peptides support the collagen matrix in connective tissue. Added lysine supports the formation of new collagen molecules.

Glucosamine sulfate (shellfish: crab and shrimp): 1,500 mg

A compound found in synovial fluid around joints. It is a precursor of hyaluronic acid and other glycosaminoglycans, and contributes to the joint matrix.

Chondroitin sulfate (bovine trachea): 500 mg

Used in the formation of glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans, components of cartilage, including the intervertebral discs.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM): 400 mg

A source of organic sulfur used by components of cartilage and connective tissue, including certain amino acids and glycosaminoglycans.

Amino acids listed by the manufacturer: glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, glutamate, glutamine, alanine, arginine, aspartate, lysine (plus 500 mg), serine, valine, leucine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, hydroxylysine, tyrosine, methionine, histidine and cysteine.

Citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, stevia, natural wild blueberry flavour (a natural extract rich in antioxidants) and fruit punch flavour.

Mix half a tablespoon (7.5 mL = 1 capful) to one tablespoon (15 mL) with half a cup of water or juice (125 mL). Take on an empty stomach once or twice daily, one hour before a meal or at bedtime, without exceeding a maximum total of 15 mL per day.

Results vary from person to person and may take a few days to one month.

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Potential cross-reactions may occur in people with shellfish allergies. The glucosamine is derived from shrimp and crab shells.
• Potential additive effects may occur with medications such as coumarin or warfarin that inhibit vitamin K-dependent clotting factors.
• Consult a healthcare professional about using this product if you have liver or kidney disease, follow a low-protein diet, or if symptoms worsen after more than six months of use. The manufacturer's description states that this product contains 5 g of protein, approximately 10% of the recommended daily protein intake.
