HALOMINT-Sleep Inducing Infusion

DESCRIPTION Halomint organic tea composed of a blend of organic medicinal herbs, infused with essential oils and phytosterols. Soothes the nervous system and improves sleep. The package contains 25 sachets of 1.5 grams each (enough to prepare 25 liters of finished tea).

PROPERTIES can improve the quality of sleep; can have a calming effect; may have a refreshing minty taste; can help balance the nervous system; can have a hypnotic effect; can relieve anxiety and tension; can help with insomnia problems. APPLICATION One tea bag for one liter of boiling water and leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Sweeten with honey or lemon if desired. Store the finished drink in the refrigerator in a glass container for up to 5 days. It can be drunk hot or cold. Drink up to three cups a day. People with hypertension are advised to measure their blood pressure throughout the day. Restrictions: Do not use in pregnant women, children under 18 years of age, people with hypotension and those with fluctuations in blood pressure. Also, do not use two hours before driving or while driving.
