Return and Refund Policy

To request a return, exchange or cancellation, or to report a problem with your order, contact our customer service team at info@buyonik.com, providing your order number and identifying the items concerned.
Some products are supplied and shipped by our partners through Shopify Collective. Buyonik coordinates the necessary steps with the supplier concerned and remains your point of contact.
Returns when you change your mind
Return options for a non-defective product vary depending on the product and the terms agreed with its supplier.
The applicable conditions are indicated on the product page before purchase. They specify, in particular:
- whether returns for a change of mind are accepted;
- the time limit for requesting a return and when that period begins;
- the required condition of the product, its packaging and accessories;
- any exclusions;
- any return shipping or restocking fees.
The conditions presented at the time of your purchase apply to your order. A subsequent change does not reduce the rights you were granted.
Products excluded from change-of-mind returns
Some products may be excluded from returns for reasons relating, for example, to their nature, hygiene, perishability or customization. Any applicable exclusion is specified before purchase.
A “final sale” or “non-returnable” designation applies to change-of-mind returns. It does not remove legal warranties or remedies provided by law.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If an item has a defect, arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us as soon as you notice the problem. We may ask you for a description and, where relevant, photographs to help process your request.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a repair, replacement or refund will be offered. The time limits and restrictions for change-of-mind returns do not limit your legal warranties.
A supplier's refusal to accept a return does not remove your rights against Buyonik.
How to return an item
Contact us before shipping your return to obtain the instructions, the appropriate address and, when a label is provided, information on how to use it.
Items from different suppliers may need to be returned separately. Do not automatically send your package to Buyonik's administrative address.
Keep your proof of shipment. Return instructions are intended to facilitate the handling of your request and do not restrict the exercise of your legal rights.
Return fees and shipping charges
For a change-of-mind return, the applicable fees are those disclosed before purchase. Providing a prepaid label does not necessarily mean the return is free: any amount that may be deducted must have been disclosed and will be restated in the instructions.
No restocking fee automatically applies to all products.
The refund of original shipping charges and responsibility for return shipping costs depend on the reason for the request, the disclosed conditions and applicable law. When the law requires Buyonik to cover these costs, they are not charged to you.
Refunds and exchanges
We will inform you of the outcome of your request and provide details of any applicable refund, including the corresponding taxes.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another arrangement permitted by law is agreed. Store credit does not replace a refund to which you are legally entitled without your agreement.
Applicable legal time limits will be respected. Your financial institution may then need additional time to display the refund.
Exchange options depend, in particular, on item availability. Contact us before returning a product for an exchange.
Cancellations and legal rights
To request a cancellation, contact us promptly. We will explain the options based on the preparation or shipping status of your order, without limiting your legal cancellation rights.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable laws, including legal warranties and remedies relating to distance purchases.
