Order preparation and shipping

Products offered by Buyonik through Shopify Collective are prepared and shipped directly by our partner suppliers.

Buyonik remains your point of contact for any questions about your order, delivery or after-sales service. You can reach us at info@buyonik.com.

Destinations and shipping charges

The destinations served depend on the product and the supplier concerned. Shipping to Canada, the United States or other countries is offered only when that destination is available for the items ordered.

Shipping charges are based on the supplier's rates, the items ordered, the delivery address and the service selected. Available options, their charges and applicable taxes are presented before you confirm your purchase.

Free shipping applies only when an offer expressly provides for it for the items and destination concerned. No free-shipping threshold automatically applies to the entire store.

Orders containing multiple items

An order may be shipped in several packages, particularly when items come from different suppliers. Shipping charges may apply to each shipment; the total amount is presented before you confirm your purchase.

Packages may arrive on different dates and may each have their own tracking number.

Delivery times and tracking

Preparation and delivery times vary depending on the supplier, product, availability and destination. Applicable time frames are communicated before purchase and included in the order confirmation.

Tracking information is emailed to you when available. If a package is delayed or has not been received, contact us so that we can investigate and offer a solution in accordance with your rights.

Delivery address

Please check your address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may no longer be possible once preparation or shipping has begun.

If reshipping involves charges that may lawfully be charged to you, we will explain the reason and amount and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

International orders

When international shipping is available, information about any customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees is communicated before purchase, including whether they are collected at checkout or payable upon delivery.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem, providing your order number and, where relevant, photographs. This request for prompt reporting does not limit your legal warranties or remedies.

Returns and refunds

Consult our return and refund policy and contact us before shipping a return to obtain the instructions and appropriate address.

The refund of shipping charges depends on the reason for the return and the rights provided by law. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
