For an eligible change-of-mind return, email info@buyonik.com within 30 days after delivery.
Requirements: original packaging intact, unopened, unused, proof of purchase, tags attached.
These returns exclude: customized items, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, hazardous materials, personal care goods.
