I-Menthol 6.0%, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 3.0%, eucalyptus oil 1.5%, clove oil 0.8%.

2-Propanol, purified water, essential oils of camphor, peppermint and lavender.

Shake well before each use. For adults and children aged 2 and over (under adult supervision). Spray 2 to 4 times on the affected area, up to 4 times a day. Allow to penetrate without rubbing or rubbing lightly for faster penetration.
