I-Menthol 6.0%, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 3.0%, Eucalyptus Oil 1.5%, Clove Oil 0.8%

2-Propanol, purified water, essential oils of camphor, peppermint and lavender.

Shake well before each use. For adults and children 2 years and older (under supervision of an adult). Spray 2 to 4 times to affected area, up to 4 times a day. Let it penetrate either without rubbing or gentle rubbing for faster penetration.
