  • Internally: Combine lemon essential oil with fir and mint essential oils (1 drop each) in a teaspoon of honey to strengthen the immune system.
  • Diffused in the air: Combine it with fir, also an excellent airborne antiseptic, for an instant feeling of freshness while disinfecting your environment.
  • In the bath: Add 5 drops to a capful of bubble bath or bath salt for a relaxing, stress-relieving bath, ideal for problem skin.
