RECIPE
Mix
- 800 g strips of beef, tofu or seitan
- 60 ml apple cider vinegar
- 75 ml vegetable oil
- 15 ml shawarma spices
- 15 ml salt
Marinate 4 hours
Cook over high heat
Serve with spicy baked potatoes and sautéed peppers. A true delight!
