Les Filles Fattoush Soujok Mix (100g)

King of Syrian street food, this tasty mixture of Armenian origin
is subtly spicy. Traditionally used to flavor sausages, it will wonderfully enhance ground beef or lamb that you intend for your burgers, pizzas or sandwiches.

Authentic recipe: mix 800 g of beef, 3 tbsp. mixing table
spices for soujok and 30 ml of vegetable oil. Cook into patties on the BBQ.
